1. Introduction and Scope
The infrastructure, artificial intelligence, communication channel, and technology providers we use in providing Kynic Agent services are listed below. This list is published for transparency purposes pursuant to KVKK Arts. 8/9 and GDPR Art. 28.
2. Hosting Infrastructure
Note: The Kynic Agent core application, relational and vector databases, object storage, customer account data, and chat history are stored on virtual private servers (VPS) leased from a hosting provider located in Türkiye and managed by Kynic Agent, within data centers in Türkiye. Message content required for artificial intelligence operations is transmitted to the providers specified in Section 3 below.

6. Subprocessor Changes and Right to Object
Changes to our Subprocessors List are communicated to our Customers by email at least 30 days before the effective date of the change. The Customer has the right to object to the addition of a new Subprocessor on legitimate grounds. Objections may be submitted to contact@kynicagent.com.
