As a user: • You are responsible for the security of your account information • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information • You must use the services for legal purposes • You must respect intellectual property rights • You must respect the rights of other users You are responsible for all activities in your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Illegal activities • Spreading malware or viruses • Unauthorized access to systems • Sending spam or unwanted content • Violating the rights of others • Abusing or manipulating the service Accounts not complying with these rules may be suspended or terminated.

Nexus AI: • Is not responsible for service interruptions • Carries limited liability for data loss • Is not responsible for third-party integrations • Cannot be held responsible for indirect damages Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. These limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions.

You can terminate your account at any time. We can also terminate your account in the following cases: • Violation of terms of use • Payment issues • Illegal activities • Long-term inactivity In case of termination: • Your data is deleted within 30 days • No refund is made • Access to services is terminated immediately
