General Principles

As Kynic Agent, we follow a transparent refund policy due to the nature of our digital services. Since the AI agents and automation services we offer require instant capacity usage, our refund processes are arranged in accordance with this structure.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the panel. The cancellation process becomes valid from the next billing period and your access to all features continues until the end of the current period.

Refund Conditions

Refund opportunity is limited within the scope of digital content and services performed instantly (AI queries, capacity usage, etc.). However, refund requests are evaluated in the following cases: • Inability to access the service for more than 48 hours due to a technical error • Not having used any features within 24 hours after purchase • Double payment or erroneous billing situations

Cases Outside Refund Scope

Refund is not made in the following cases: • AI credit/counter usages • Used capacity packages • Corporate special integration works • Arbitrary cancellation requests after the first 24 hours passed

Refund Process

You can forward your refund requests to contact@kynicagent.com address with your order number. Your request is evaluated within 3 business days and if approved, it is reflected within 7-10 business days according to your payment method.
